Hi friends i am Yasmin Huma Khan today i gonna show you how to make Fry Fish Curry Easy and Tasty Recipe.

(Ingredient)

Fish = 750 g.

Kali Mirch Powder (Black Papper Powder) = half tea spoon.

Lemon = half.

Methi Dana = 1/4 tea spoon.

Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder) = Half tea spoon.

Dhaniya Powder (Coriander powder) = 2 tea spoon.

Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chili Powder) = 1 tea spoon.

Salt = 1 tea spoon.

Zeera (Cumin Seeds) = Half tea spoon.

Onion = 1 big size fine chopped

Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) = 3-4.

Tamatar (Tomato) = 2 big size.

Ginger Garlic Paste = 1 and Half table spoon.

Hara-Dhaniya (Coriander Leaves) = 1 bowl.

Green Fish Curry Recipe

Goan green fish curry and rice is a typical midday meal in any Goan household. This curry is prepared with any type of fish or seafood and the blend of spices and coconut bring out the mild sweetness of the tender fresh fish that is so abundantly found in Goa.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 10-15 minutes

Serves: 4-5

Ingredients

For the masala paste:

Fresh coriander – ½ bunch

Green chillies- 2

Fresh ginger- 1 tsp

Fresh garlic paste- 2 tsp

Coriander powder- 2 tbsp

Cumin seeds- 1 tsp

Turmeric powder- ½ tsp

For the curry:

Mackeral- 5 to6

Finely chopped onion – 1 large

Fresh green chillies – 2

Coconut milk – 1 cup

Fresh tamarind paste- 2 tbsp

Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

A pinch of sugar and salt

Preparation Method

Wash the fish slices and apply some salt and a little turmeric. Keep them aside for about 15 minutes.

In a sufficiently large pan, heat oil and saute chopped onions till they are cooked, soft and transcluent. Add the prepared masala paste and stir to cook on low heat till the rawness of the masala disappears.

Now add the reserved masala water and let it all come to a boil. Add slit green chillies, a pinch of sugar and the tamarind paste/extract and stir well.

Gently place the fish slices in, evenly distributing them in the pot. Do not stir the curry. Let it cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Now pour in the thin coconut milk and give it a gentle stir. Next add in the thick coconut milk & stir gently again.

Add some salt to taste, stir once again and check the seasoning and add water if necessary depending on the thickness of the gravy you desire.

Let this simmer gently on low heat for another 2-3 minutes, till the fish is just tender and the gravy thickens. It is important not to overcook the fish.

Serve the curry hot with plain rice.

If you love spicy and delicious street food, you’ll love Hyderabad! Today, we’re making Haleem and enjoying some classic South Indian street foods like dosa and brain fry. We flew in to eat delicious indian street food and curry for ramadan AKA Ramzan in Hyderabad. It was truly amazing to try all of these amazing street foods in Hyderabad!

Join myself, The Food Ranger (Trevor James) in Hyderabad, India eating Street Food and watching the entire haleem making process! Apart from making haleem, we found other classic Indian street foods like delicious south Indian dosa, spicy brain fry curry and also delicious street foods for Ramzan (Ramadan).

 

If you love eating street food around the world and tons of street food in India, and also all over Asia, you will definitely love the amazing street food of Hyderabad, India. You can really find street food everywhere, where all the locals like to cook delicious Indian recipes for curry and spicy dishes all over the street. Without a doubt, my favourite part of Hyderabad is visiting during Ramadan, when the locals fast during the day, and then have delicious halal food at night to break the fast. it was an insanely cool experience!

In one day, we ate 8 delicious street foods all made in Lucknow style with tons of meat and spice. We had amazing curry on the street, some of the BEST Street Food in India!
We went for a full-on, DEEP street food tour in Lucknow, India, to try some of the best street food in India with Delhi Food Walks, who takes travellers for street food tours of Delhi, India.

1) Pista House Haleem – here we came during Ramadan and watched the whole process, it was amazing and also super delicious!

Curry Mee (Laksa)

This Curry Laksa recipe has a distinctive curry taste, with the additional, coriander, cumin and aniseed in the spice paste. The spice paste can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container for a week.

Curry Laksa

Ingredients
1 lb Peeled Shrimps
2 Packs (2 x 90 g) Tofu Puffs, halved
Some Cooked Fried Fish Cakes or Fish Balls
120 g Dried Yellow Noodles, cooked or Fresh Yellow Noodles, scalded
250 g Rice Vermicelli, cooked and drained
300 g Bean Sprouts, scalded
120 g Long Beans, cut into 1 inch in length, cooked and drained
8 Hard boiled Eggs, halved
Some Kalamansi
6 to 8 Cups Chicken Broth
2 Cups Coconut Milk
4 Pandanus/Pandan Leaves, knotted
¼ Cup Fresh Curry Leaves
1/3 Cup Peanut or Vegetable Oil
Sugar, to taste
Sea Salt to taste

Spice Paste
70 g Dried Chilies, cut into ½ inch in length and soaked in hot water, drained
4 Stalks Lemongrass, chopped
4 Fresh Red Chilies, seeded and coarsely chopped
25 g Fresh Turmeric, coarsely chopped
50 g Galangal, coarsely chopped
300 g Shallots, peeled and coarsely chopped
4 Cloves Garlic, peeled and chopped
3 tsp Roasted Shrimp Paste (Belachan)
10 Candlenuts
3 Tbsp Ground Coriander
1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
½ tsp Ground Aniseed
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
