How do you grind onions???
Warning to everyone… This is an awful recipe. Get curried does a great job usually but I followed this recipe exactly. I have made dozens of curries and have been waiting for so long to make a coconut Korma and was so excited to make this. The only ingredient that differed was I had low fat coconut milk. But this curry has zero flavor. I followed it exactly and anxiously tasted and it had zero flavor. I added in more cumin and coriander powder and still no flavor. It didnt even taste like coconut…
It was so bad that even if I had the full fat coconut milk it wouldnt have saved this. Ive made dozens of different curries and this was the worst by far.
Just a warning
Oh my God. Looks good.
Good one

Any substitute for the asothedia?
Tried this recipe and it turned out great. Thank you!
would coconut cream work instead of coconut milk, like would it taste the same?
