Eating Spicy Mutton Curry, Tasty Masala Bhindi with Rice || Food Ninja

Kadai paneer recipe restaurant style, Karahi Paneer, Dhaba Style Kadai Paneer Masala with Gravy
Getting Ready :
1. Take 300 grams paneer. Cut it in 1 inch square chunks. 1 capsicum, cut it into square chunks as well.
2. Take 3 tomatoes, 2 green chilies and 10 to 12 cashews grind them to make a fine paste.

Ingredients

Paneer – 300 gms
Capsicum  – 1 (150 gms)
Tomatoes – 3 (250 gms)
Green chili – 2
Cashew nuts  – 10 to 12
Oil  – 2 to 3 tbsp
Green Coriander  – 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/3 tsp
Coriander powder  1 tsp
Dry Fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tsp (paste)
Garam Masala – Less than 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder  – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp or to taste

Making:
3. Preheat a pan and heat 2 to 3 tsp oil in it. place the paneer chunks in the pan. Flip and roast the chunks until little brown from all sides . Transfer the paneer pieces to a plate.
4. Drop the capsicum chunks in the pan and roast them until little crunchy. Transfer them to a separate plate.
5. For Masala heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok. Once heated splutter ½ tsp cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle, add 1 pinch asafoetida and bring flame to minimum .Add 1/3 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves.
6. Add 1 tsp ginger paste and tomato-green chilly-cashew paste followed by ¼ tsp red chilly powder. Sauté the masala till oil starts leaving it edges.
7. Add 1 tsp salt, less than ¼ tsp garam masala and mix well. Add ½ cup water to the masala and mix well. Drop the roasted paneer and capsicum chunks to the masala. Mix everything well.
8. Add some coriander leaves as well. Cover and cook the sabzi in medium-low flame for 4 to 5 minutes so that paneer and capsicum absorb the spices rightly.
9. After 5 minutes, Give a nice stir to the sabzi and then transfer it to another bowl.

Serving :
10. Mouth drooling and sumptuous kadai paneer is ready, garnish with some green coriander. Serve this tempting kadai paneer sabzi steaming hot with chapatti, parantha, naan or rice.This much quantity of sabzi is sufficient for 3 to 4 family members.

We flew in to eat delicious indian street food and curry for ramadan AKA Ramzan in Hyderabad. It was truly amazing to try all of these amazing street foods in Hyderabad!

Join myself, The Food Ranger (Trevor James) in Hyderabad, India eating Street Food and watching the entire haleem making process! Apart from making haleem, we found other classic Indian street foods like delicious south Indian dosa, spicy brain fry curry and also delicious street foods for Ramzan (Ramadan).

 

If you love eating street food around the world and tons of street food in India, and also all over Asia, you will definitely love the amazing street food of Hyderabad, India. You can really find street food everywhere, where all the locals like to cook delicious Indian recipes for curry and spicy dishes all over the street. Without a doubt, my favourite part of Hyderabad is visiting during Ramadan, when the locals fast during the day, and then have delicious halal food at night to break the fast. it was an insanely cool experience!

In one day, we ate 8 delicious street foods all made in Lucknow style with tons of meat and spice. We had amazing curry on the street, some of the BEST Street Food in India!
We went for a full-on, DEEP street food tour in Lucknow, India, to try some of the best street food in India with Delhi Food Walks, who takes travellers for street food tours of Delhi, India.

We had 4 delicious indian street foods in Hyderabad, all addresses shown here:

1) Pista House Haleem – here we came during Ramadan and watched the whole process, it was amazing and also super delicious!

看似簡單的物品重新利用超聰明;普通的食材讓你吮指回味~

材料 :
咖哩女王-辣味海鮮1包、鮮凍大白蝦、五木純麵煮意-原味
透抽1條、文蛤10~15顆、大白菜200g、洋蔥1/2顆
蒜末1大匙
醃漬料
香油1茶匙
米酒1茶匙

做法:
1. 洋蔥切絲、大白菜切絲、蒜頭切末、透抽切適當大小塊狀
2. 文蛤灑入少許鹽巴吐沙
3. 鮮蝦剪掉長鬚,鮮蝦去殼挑腸泥 (蝦頭記得留著)
4. 碗中放入鮮蝦及透抽,倒入1/2茶匙咖哩女王_即溶咖哩粉、1/4茶匙辛香料、香油、米酒,抓勻備用
5. 適量油熱鍋,先將蒜末炒香後放入海鮮料,炒到蝦仁表面開始變色即可盛起,備用。
6. 原湯鍋將蝦頭放入(如果擔心普林過高的朋友們此步驟可以跳過),半煎炒到蝦頭開始轉紅。
7. 接著放入洋蔥絲一起拌炒到略軟。
8. 將大白菜絲加入,加入約600ml的水並倒入咖哩女王_海鮮高湯包
9. 蓋上鍋蓋以中小火悶煮約15分鐘。
10.打開鍋蓋將表面的浮渣撈除並將蝦頭挑起。
11.倒入剩下所有的咖哩粉包,攪拌融化
12.接著放入文蛤、炒過的海鮮料、五木純麵煮意一起煮約3分鐘,待蝦仁熟透
13.隨意撒點蔥花提味,辣味海鮮咖哩湯麵就完成了!

Ingredients:
1 cup squash (red kuri or butternut)
1 yellow pepper
1 white onion
7-9 garlic cloves
3 cm piece ginger
coconut oil (for cooking)
1 tsp. medium curry powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. red chilli flakes
pinch clove powder
sea salt
1 cup passata or chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato purée
1 tbsp. coconut palm sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter
handful fresh coriander

Ingredients

Fish pieces…………………………………………………………4
Ginger garlic paste…………………………………….…….. 4 tsp
Tomatoes……………………………………………….………..2 large
Oil……………………………………………………………………3 large Spoon
Coriander powder…………………………………………….. 3 tsp
Turmeric powder……………………………………………… 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder……………………………………………… 3 tsp
Salt………………………………………………………..……….. to taste
Lemon juice …………………………………………………..1/2 lemon
Coriander…………………………………………………………….to garnish
Fenugreek seeds…………………………………………………. few,
Mustard seeds……………………………………………………..few

Method

1) Wash the fish add salt & turmeric powder,add ginger & garlic paste.Keep for 10-15 min.

2) Take a pan put oil and shallow fry the pieces till golden from both the sides.Take them out.

3) Add oil to the same oil,heat up the oil add methi,cumin & mustard seeds.Add ginger & garlic paste,
tomatoes,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.Cook till the tomatoes blends well.

4) Add water in small amount.Cook masala for 5-6 min.put fried fish pieces carefully.Cover with masala & cook for 2-3 min.

5) Add water according to your liking for the consistency.

6) Cook on slow flame for 5-6 min.cover the lid.

7) Add lemon juice and serve hot with roti , chapatti or even with rice.

Washing Food: Does it Promote Food Safety?

Historically, we equate washing to cleanliness. We wash clothes, linens, cars, dishes, and ourselves. So, it is logical that many people believe meat and poultry can be made cleaner and safer by washing it. Is this true? Does washing meat, poultry, eggs, fruits, and vegetables make them safer to eat?

Washing raw poultry, beef, pork, lamb, or veal before cooking it is not recommended. Bacteria in raw meat and poultry juices can be spread to other foods, utensils, and surfaces. We call this cross-contamination.

Some consumers think they are removing bacteria and making their meat or poultry safe. However, some of the bacteria are so tightly attached that you could not remove them no matter how many times you washed. But there are other types of bacteria that can be easily washed off and splashed on the surfaces of your kitchen. Failure to clean these contaminated areas can lead to food-borne illness. Cooking (baking, broiling, boiling, and grilling) to the right temperature kills the bacteria, so washing food is not necessary.
