  2. hello..i cant understand the names of the leaf and seed..is it pandan leaf & fenugreek seed?as i live outside srilanka its not available here..is it possible to cook without these 2 ingredients or could u suggest any substitute?it would b great help

  4. I think your sri Lankan recipes are the best on the internet.  They are very similar to those of my late mother – I lost all her recipes and have tried to recreate them from memory with varying degrees of success – but now I have found the definitive ones.  Thank you so much,
