Curry paste
Singapore fried rice is a spicy version of yang chow fried rice. This dish had chilli and curry paste include for spiciness. I also include some pineapples for added taste. It is cooked similar to any fried rice dishes with addition of spiciness. See recipe and video below for guidance.
Ingredients;
250g cooked rice
30g prawns
30g char siu
30g cooked chicken breast
20g garden peas
30 pineapple
1 egg
2 small chillies
1 stalk spring onion
Condiments;
2 tbalespoon vegetables oil
2g salt
2g msg
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
half tablespoon curry paste (fern brand prefer, if not curry powder will do)
1 tablespoon garlic oil ( or scented oil if not sesame oil will do)

hey khoan, you know the meat being used here? it seems like the chicken and pork are not raw, so how do you cook them beforehand? and i'm guessing the prawn is raw

Going to make this tonight to go with my szechuan beef…so i am going to leave the meat out. Will have to pop over the bridge one day and sample direct from you…also going to try and make the salt and pepper wings next weekend. Keep up the good work.

Thanx Khoan, msg is great flavour maker in dishes, it is in Lays chips, Maggi, cookies etcc, i cook Always with pure MSG for more than 20 years, no problem and the taste get so much better.
